Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. After opening, store in a refrigerator (0 – 4 °C) and consume within 3 days.
Rinse and separate the Gnocchi before pour them into the pot. Pour the Gnocchi into plenty of boiling salted water.
When they rise to the surface, drain and season to taste (1minute). You can also add them to soups or salads, toss them directly in a pan or wok and season to taste.
